I know that sadness and wake-up in the middle of night are things that most people do, not good for your health, perhaps we could go back to sleep and dream more about good stuff, unfortunately, we don’t.
There are countless times of me for woke up in the middle of night and started to think about what happened in the past, especially about my relationship and what I have done in the past. Did you ask yourself about what happened during the time you let your beloved cried? I know that feeling is terrible whenever you see those tears, sometimes I just want to turn back time and stop myself from being a jerk. But it is in the past and all I know that I need to change and become a better person to take care of my partner.
